Yanmar mini excavators participated in the Bauma Fair in Germany with their new red color and brand new models.
Yanmar, which took its place at the Bauma fair, which was held in Munich, Germany, between October 24 – 30, and which is shown as the most important construction equipment fair in the world, attracted great attention.
Yanmar’s standout stand at Bauma 2022 is designed to show how advanced, fast and successful the transformation and progress that started in Yanmar since 2019 is Yanmar City. Giuliano Parodi, CEO of Yanmar, said: “Our goal is to become a global leader in compact equipment by helping our customers achieve success.” Giuliano Parodi said, “Our Yanmar City concept aims to show how far we have come in our transformation journey. We have historically been seen as a successful Japanese mini-excavator manufacturer. Our transformation journey has been built on this strong foundation, creating a truly global company with a diverse product portfolio and global production capability. “We are now closer to our customers than ever before, thanks to our three sales regions: Japan/AOLA, EMEA and North America.”
The Yanmar City concept at the show was designed to showcase Yanmar’s highly fuel-efficient diesel technology, as well as featuring a dedicated Zero Emission Zone featuring Yanmar CE’s latest electrically powered prototype, pilot and pre-production innovations.
After extensive field testing and customer evaluation, Yanmar’s pilot electric excavator SV17e made its debut at Bauma. The machine, where the operators praised the design and comfort of the cabin, the ease of use and charging, the overall performance and power of the machines, and the customer feedback was positive, was among the models that attracted great attention at the fair. At the fair, the visitors both got information about the performance of the machines and had the opportunity to exhibit their talents by having fun with the competitions held in the demo area.
