It was founded in 1968 in Crespellano, near Bologna, Italy, under the name Bendini SpA, and quickly became a reference point in the Off-Road Cranes industry. Bendini SpA, which joined the American Terex Corporation in 1995, became Terex Italia Srl in 1999.

Since then Terex has invested strongly in research and development, always looking for new technologies to keep its Off-Road Cranes range at the top of the market. Proof of this is the design of the TRT family with the innovative TEOS operating System, which is enriched with new models from year to year.

The design and assembly of Terrain Cranes are carried out entirely in Terex Italia Srl, at Bologna facilities in Italy. The factory gathers R&D, production, sales, service and spare parts under one roof.

Since the company’s founding in the 60s, its know-how in the production and design of rough terrain cranes has never stopped growing and developing.
