TSM GLOBAL continues its professional and technical training to increase the quality of after-sales services.
In this context, TSM GLOBAL, which organizes SUMITOMO Technical Training Program, provided training for authorized service personnel. In the first quarter of the year, technical information on excavators, especially the new 6 series, was provided to the technical staff with the training program held in three different cities. In the first phase of the program, where the knowledge and skills acquired in the past were updated, information was conveyed to the participants on basic issues such as basic service processes, work flow and work safety. It was stated that the training program, in which subjects such as electrical systems, hydraulics and motors, will be discussed in the following stages of the training program, where field and workshop experiences are discussed, will continue throughout the year.
